The complete standard sequences

The timer changes phases at these exact durations. Keep the intensity easy enough to move comfortably and talk normally.

“Gentle” and “knee-conscious” describe the routine—not your medical safety

The style menu changes the movement sequence. It does not evaluate symptoms, diagnose a condition, prescribe rehabilitation, or provide return-to-play clearance.

Standard

Easy whole-body movement, court steps, shadow swings, and cooperative ball contact.

Gentle progression

Smaller shoulder motion, supported calf raises, easy side steps, relaxed swings, and slower contact.

Knee-conscious

Level walking, shallower hinges, short side steps, and split-step timing without jumping.

Unsure today

Do not use the menu to test a new or concerning symptom. Pause and use qualified personal guidance.

Build readiness, not fatigue

The timer uses the wall clock, so switching tabs or locking a phone does not quietly add time. Pause when the court, equipment, or your body needs attention.

  1. 01

    Choose time and style

Use five minutes when time is short and ten when you can add more gradual pickleball contact.

  2. 02

    Start below game pace

The first phase should feel easy. Increase range and speed only while movement remains comfortable.

  3. 03

    Follow “Now” and “Next”

The live status names the active phase and previews the next one; the phase list marks progress.

  4. 04

    Finish cooperatively

Use dinks, serves, returns, or a rally to find contact before competitive pace and score pressure.

Before the first fast rally

Does warming up prevent pickleball injuries?

No routine can guarantee injury prevention. This timer provides a gradual general sequence; it cannot make an injury, symptom, or health concern safe.

Which length should I choose?

Choose the time you can use without rushing. The ten-minute routine adds more gradual court movement and ball contact; the five-minute version is a shorter preparation, not a safety guarantee.

Can I use the knee-conscious style for knee pain?

It uses shallower movement choices, but it is not an assessment or treatment plan. Ask a qualified clinician about pain, injury, surgery, restrictions, or return to play.
