Use five plain-language questions to identify your strongest area, first practice priority, and next drill—without needing to understand a rating number.
Why five dimensions
Two players at the same “level” can need different practice
A strong server who loses control in transition should not receive the same recommendation as a patient kitchen player who is unsure about scoring. The result shows each dimension separately, then sends you to the weakest useful link.
Use Beginner, Average recreational, Skilled, and Expert as plain-language summaries. Ask a club, coach, tournament, or rating service when formal placement matters.
- 01
Answer for normal play
Choose what happens most weeks, not the best rally of the season.
- 02
Use the first priority
Practice one weakness while maintaining the strongest area.
- 03
Recheck after practice
Change an answer only when the behavior is repeatable under normal game pressure.
