Digital delivery
When checkout opens, a completed digital order will provide access through the order-confirmation page, order email, customer account, or a combination of those methods. Delivery depends on successful payment authorization and fraud checks. A digital order does not require a shipping address unless the payment provider needs address information for verification or tax purposes.
If a download does not arrive
Check the purchaser’s spam or promotions folder and confirm the email used at checkout. Then use the contact page with the order number and product name. Do not submit full card information. We can investigate the order and replace a valid link when appropriate.
No physical fulfillment at this time
Paddle and court-kit images or concepts are product-development previews, not offers for sale. The site currently has no shipping destinations, carrier rates, production lead times, customs charges, or physical return process because it does not accept physical-product orders.
Before physical products launch
This page will be updated before payment is accepted for a physical item. The update will identify available destinations, production and processing estimates, shipping methods and charges, tracking, address changes, delivery delays, lost or damaged packages, international duties, custom or print-on-demand limitations, and return-shipping responsibilities.
